02 · Sacred geography

The golden mountain peak of ancient texts.

From śikhara, “summit” or “crest”, śikharin means “the peaked one”: a mountain, and in classical verse the high golden peaks at the centre of the cosmos. The word lives on in Thai, where it still evokes height, dignity and the top of the mountain.

For us it stands for a simple aim: to reach the summit of well-being, with care that is both rooted and modern.
